Watch full episode: https://youtu.be/mClL18_H9tU Growth is essential for almost every business. While some few might be happy just to maintain, many will die if they don't advance beyond where they currently sit. That need-to-grow phase is dangerous and stressful for business owners, so a strategy or opportunity to grow quickly will pay dividends. The key to fast growth is solid practices for delegating. Creatives and entrepreneurs in general are very good at innovating and finding opportunities in the market. For most small businesses, that means the CEO is a generalist. Once an idea is found and tested out to be worth pursuing, the fastest way to grow is for the originator to pass the responsibilities off to specialists, assembling an expert team to market, run the day-to-day operations, and sell it. CEOs can then focus on the important work: building the business's network, coming up with the next product or opportunity, or expanding and refining the product itself. Use your strengths, and let go of tasks you aren't the best at. Don't try to do it all yourself. --- From Sam Parr on The Nathan Barry Show - Episode 030 Subscribe to Nathan Barry’s newsletter: https://nathanbarry.com Start your own newsletter: https://ConvertKit.com Twitter: https://twitter.com/nathanbarry Instagram: https://instagram.com/nathanbarryshow
