In this tutorial I show you how to create a Neon Lines Background that is constantly looping and zooming in. I am using Adobe After Effects to create this neon lines background animation without any plugins. If you want a cool and custom background your for videos, live streams or work, you are free to use this video as a step by step guide to learn how to create awesome animations. This neon lines background is very customizable, you can change the colors at any point, you can change the amount of neon lines you see, you can also set how stretched you want your lines to be, just experiment with it until you find something that suits your needs best.
