Breakfast Burrito Meal Prep (Makes 10 Breakfast Burritos) Macros Per Burrito: - 400 Calories - 45g Protein - 28g Carbs - 18g Fat Ingredients: - 36oz Chicken Sausage (1020g) - 20 Eggs (~1000g) - 1 Cup Blended Cottage Cheese (225g) - 1 1/2 Cups Fat Free Cheddar Cheese (168g) - Fresh Chives (10g) - 1 Tbsp Garlic Salt (10g) - 10 Tbsps Light Sriracha Mayo (150g) - 10 Low Calorie Tortillas Instruction Notes: - When assembling the burritos I like to weight the final weight of the ingredients I have prepared (Eggs, Sausage, etc). After you have the final weight, divide the number by 10 and that will give you the amount you need to put into a single burritos. For example, I make 1000g of eggs.
