For a quick history, the Dreamcast was released in the US on 9/9/99, nearly a year after the japan release. The Dreamcast runs a custom version of windows in an attempt to draw PC ports to the console. It sold 9.13 million units worldwide before being discontinued in March of 2001. This was Sega last console before switching to a 3rd party development model. So after a shorter lifespan than the Wii U, the library is small.
