President Biden made headlines for a "garbage" comment he made while Vice President Kamala Harris delivered a speech from the Ellipse outside the White House. During a virtual Harris campaign call with Voto Latino, Biden took a shot at former President Trump and his supporters. "The only garbage I see floating out there is his supporters," Biden said. "[Trump's] demonization of Latinos is unconscionable and it is un-American." Biden's administration was quick to point out that he was referring to the "hateful rhetoric" about Puerto Rico, while Trump supporters were quick to call Biden's remarks disparaging. LiveNOW's Andrew Craft discussed the controversy surrounding Biden's comments with political strategist Rhett Buttle.
