I think this is a good example of how you can still make solid gains with even just 1 exercise and the takeaway for you should be that it's likely the emphasis on exercise variation and little movement hacks to spark more muscle growth....is vastly OVER STATED. For muscle gain specifically. Performance goals, mobility, functional training etc. obvs a different ball game.
