Winter Park resort is easily one of my favorite ski resorts I’ve ever gone to for snowboarding and my second favorite Ski Resort I’ve been able to snowboard at in Colorado. Winter Park Mountain Stats: Elevation 12060 ft Vertical drop 3,060ft 3081 skiable acres Snowfall avg 360 inches On the ikon pass with NO BLACKOUT DAYS Lift tickets $179 per day 168 runs,23 chairlifts Winter Park is Divided into 7 Territories For Skiing and Snowboarding: Winter Park: Good for all skill levels, very well rounded but I would say ideal area for beginners and intermediate riders Mary Jane: known for moguls and legendary tree riding. Many advanced and expert runs Parsenn Bowl: high alpine terrain with 360 degree views. Intermediate and up The Cirque: peak of the mountain, advanced and expert terrain Eagle Wind: Excellent tree skiing and steep glades runs Vasquez Ridge: Mid Mountain with intermediate and advanced options. Fun tree riding here as well Terrain Parks: self explanatory Definitely checkout Winter Park Colorado this ski or snowboard season. It’s highly underrated and you will 100% have a blast skiing it snowboarding here.
