The victims of a fiery Tesla Cybertruck crash in the NorCal city of Piedmont have been identified as teenagers who graduated from a local high school last year. A fourth victim sustained serious burns in the collision, which occurred the day before Thanksgiving. KTLA 5's Ellina Abovian reports.
