Increase your confidence moving fast ✅ The things that typically make walking fast include but aren’t limited to: ➡️ lack of balance ➡️ muscle weakness ➡️ pain ➡️ lack of range of motion These two movements can be a great place to help to increase the speed of your movement while increasing your confidence too 👏🏼 1️⃣ Big steps forward and backwards: this is one of my favorites for walking in general but it can also translate to to increasing speed. Anywhere from 8-20 repetitions each side can be a good place to start for most 2️⃣ Sequence: out, out, in, in- this can be a fun one to challenge quick movements and coordination- both incredibly important for walking fast.
