Here’s my variation of back extensions. I wanted to make this video because I see (what I consider) most people doing these very inefficiently. I think if done correctly back/hyper extensions can be a game changer for mid to lower back development and fix any postural issues but the key is to due them correctly. For me that means purposefully flexing and extending during the movement to fully contract your spinal erectors. Let me know what you think of this variation in the comments below!
