This is how you can turn single strand electrical copper wire to make jewelry, in this case a cuban link bracelet. The steps are the following: -Strip the insulation -Straighten by twisting both ways with a drill -Clean remaining residue -Coil around a rod (the diameter of the rod should be more than twice that of the wire) -Cut the coiled wire lengthwise to form individual links -Assemble links then closing them using two pliers -Weld them shut (I am using a TIG welder but you can braze them together) -Twist the whole chain to form the desired "twisted links" -Flatten with a hammer -File down one side of the chain to get the cuban look -Sand and polish for looks and you are done!
