Each state has different laws regarding how businesses can store, protect and share user data. However, we’ve found that 47 states have weak or non-exist consumer #DataProtection laws, with the exceptions being California, Maine, and Nevada. While we don’t go over all of the different state laws in this video, we do zero in on California’s laws and how they could affect all U.S residents, even outside of California.
