Sky News host Caroline Marcus has compared Joe Biden’s enthusiastic handouts of pardons to Oprah Winfrey gifting cars to her audience members. Mr Biden landed in hot water for pardoning his son Hunter Biden despite public claims he wouldn’t. The president also pardoned 39 criminals and commuted 1,500 sentences in the largest single-day act of clemency in US history. “Mr President, please pardon us for the criminal amount of delight we've taken in lampooning you all term,” Ms Marcus said.
