For my speech, I will be divulging into the world of delegation in the healthcare setting. This speech is intended to define delegation and demonstrate proper delegation guidelines from Nurse to Nurse Assistant. The subtopics for my speech will be covering the five rights of delegation, the six steps for more effective delegation, followed by covering the scope of practice of the nurse and nurse aide, and how to decide when delegation is appropriate.
