My take on one of my favorite songs from one of my favorite bands, Young the Giant. I met the Young the Giant guys after their show at the Boulder Theater in 2015 and became acquainted over a game of pool. Since then, one of the guitarists in the band has been incredibly helpful and kind to me. As a musician, or any aspiring professional, it's hard to know what the next step is when there are so many paths to choose from. I feel honored to have been helped by a musician I dearly respect and this cover is just a little way of showing my appreciation to the band for being kind human beings and such badass musicians/songwriters!
