Easy Buttercream Frosting Recipe Ingredients: • 1 c salted butter, room temperature • 3 – 4 c powdered sugar (I use 3 ½ c) • 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste • 2 tbsp heavy cream Instructions: 1. Place butter in bowl, whip until white and fluffy, occasionally stopping the mixer to scrape down the sides 2. Once butter is white and fluffy, add about half of the powdered sugar slowly, then the vanilla, then the remaining powdered sugar 3. Add heavy cream until desired consistency is reached 4. Use frosting immediately or store in the fridge. If storing in the fridge whip again before using Note: I use salted butter because I like the flavor it provides, but if you prefer use unsalted and add ¼ tsp salt.
