Sand cup/ paint/prime if needed 2. THIN layer of epoxy 3. Glitter entire cup 4. Let sit for 2-4 hours 5. THICK layer of epoxy (I did 20-30ml) 6. Let spin 12 hours, sit for 12 more IF NEEDED: -lightly sand rough spots -add another layer of epoxy 7. Lightly sand rims 8. Using acetone and x-acto knife clean up rim 9.
