Aim for 15'000 steps a day. Use a smart watch, a fit bit or your mobile phone to track! 2. Prioritize Strength Training! Muscle burns calories - the more muscle you have, the more calories you'll burn. It's as simple as that. 3. Develop A Routine! Netflix instead of a gym session? Nah! Schedule your workouts and make sure you show up! 4. Eat Clean! Nutrition plays such an important (if not the most important) role when it comes to body fat. You don't need to cound every calorie however. Keep it simple. Always opt for lean protein and lots and lots of veggies!
