LOL RECIPE: 2 T Butter 1 Bag Mini Marshmallows 1 Bag White Chocolate Chips 1 Box Dots Melt butter & marshmallows, add the chocolate chips, and then the box of dots. Place in a small pan with parchment. Freeze until solid. Cut and enjoy!
