In this video I show you how to wiggle, or warp, text in adobe premiere pro. Note that this is also referred to as a warp effect or displacement effect. First, go to the effects panel and add in the turbulent displacement effect to the text. Now, adjust the amount of displacement to 40, or whatever works best for your project. Place your playhead to the beginning of your composition, and left click on the toggle animation beside evolution. This enables you to animate the wiggle or warp over time.
