Best Time to Visit Nepal 🏔️ First off, SAVE this so you don't make the same mistake we did!!! 📰 We checked online if Nepal could be explored in May. The temperature seemed good with lots of sun hours, and there were no warnings online. So, we decided to go. It took us about 2 weeks to realize we wouldn't see the mountains this time. ❓ Why the haze/fog? There's a lot of dust in the air from the burning season (people burn their rice fields starting in late March). Additionally, there’s a lot of new road construction happening, cities are rapidly expanding, leading to more pollution, and strong winds blow all the dust into the air. ⏰ When to go instead? I recommend visiting between October and February. During these months, the air is clean. From March to June, the burning season is in full swing, and from July to September, it rains a lot.
