I hope by sharing my full day of ways you’ll snag some inspo for your own meals! Since I’m in an off season I get to be more flexible with my food, but I’m a creature of habit and tend to eat the same meals one week at a time and switch! I track my food and follow macros so I can always switch it up, but my staples are always oatmeal, rice, chicken, eggs, and berries! 🍓🫐 On big training sessions I time my meals so my highest carb meals fall before & after (oatmeal/rice).
