Today, I finally stepped into Le Cercle Hue, a beautiful Art Deco spot along the Perfume River. For the past couple of years, I kept passing by, hesitating because of its Western look and mixed Vietnamese-Western menu. But today, curiosity won and I’m glad it did. I tried their Wagyu pho (yes, Wagyu pho in Hue!), and it was great for $10. I’d order it again in a heartbeat if you take me out for pho. 😉 To test the kitchen, I also got two salads: a local pork, shrimp, and fig salad, and a classic Caesar. Both were flavorful and well done. If anything, the Caesar could use a bit more dressing, but honestly, no complaints. For $27, it was more food than two people could finish, and everything was delicious. Le Cercle is also a great spot if you just want a coffee, breakfast, sunset cocktail, or simply enjoy the river view. A stylish, relaxing escape in the heart of Hue’s historic center. I’ll definitely be back. Yummmyfaaace 🥰
