http://videomagical.com - How to do stabilization in Final Cut Pro X. Stabilisation of video clips is possible and the analysis of the video is automatic, done when you import or when you have the clip in the time line. Cut the video into the small sections that need to been worked on rather than use a range selection and use the settings over on the right hand side of the app in the stabilisation panel. You can also do rolling shutter correction in FCPX. The video will come out quite blurred if you set it too high or the video is very shakey and too much for the Final Cut Pro X Mac video editing software to do a good job on. Not going to be as good as using a tripod or other method of hold the camera steady but can be useful when you want that shot and you don't have time to set up the tripod.
