The 2025 Toyota Camry XLE AWD Hybrid ($44,485 in Canada, $36,020 in the US) and the 2024 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid ($46,962 in Canada, $39,985 in the US) are lined up for a drag race. The Camry is redesigned and all new, and is pushing a strong 232 combined horsepower from its hybrid 2.5 L 4-cylinder. The Accord may be a bit down on power with 204 combined horsepower from its hybrid 2.0 L 4-cylinder, but it has a bit of a weight advantage over its Toyota competitor. And it’s hard to say how each car’s hybrid systems will put the power down in a drag race scenario. But no matter who wins, they will be facing a familiar V6 face of yesterday for all the marbles. We hope you enjoy the episode. And then subscribe, silly.
