If you can get into a handstand, but you can’t stay there, try this tip to help! Practice shifting the weight from your fingers tips to the heel of your hand so that when you need to do this upside down, you’re already familiar with how it feels. Simply incorporate practicing these shifts into your wrist warm-up routine :) This works with wall handstands too. Get into your chest to wall handstand, then use your finger tips to pull some of the weight off of the wall.
