For MOST people (not all), “simply stretching” is not sufficient to give you any tangible progress in your flexibility 👎🏼 I see it aaaaaall the time - people finish their workout and then spend 10 minutes on the mat holding a few leg stretches. And I don’t meant to be harsh….but you’re probably wasting your time 🫣 (I’m sorry!!) If you want your stretching efforts to actually be worthwhile and to improve your flexibility then you have to do it with a little more purpose! There are many ways to improve your flexibility (this isn’t the ONLY way by any means)… …but if you want a method that takes the minimal amount of time to get you results, this is the way to do it!
