How to Write on Top of Your Videos using Your iPad

Thank you to @SamuelSuresh for the tutorial on using one's iPad as a kinda of white board which you can overlay on your video. I plan to do a more detailed version using DaVinci Resolve (his tutorial uses Final Cut).
