This is the simplest way for you to make your quilt as you go pieces. No pressing, no glue, no pins. It’s much faster for me and I can crank out a bunch of shapes at once!! I am using the template set from Daisy and Grace for my quilt. I’ve use the hexie the most but also have the jewel, diamond and half hexie in this quilt. This method is quick, but takes a little practice. My iron is on standby just in case I need to use it!! Layer your pieces in the following order: Quilt backing Batting Quilt front Double fold the edges. First fold to the edge, then up and over the front. Use clips to hold it in place until you are ready to sew. I have been making about 20 hexies at a time this way, then I sew them and make another batch. When you are done, you sew the shapes together and your quilt is done. The back, batting and binding are done- as you go!! #quiltasyougo #qayg #shopmsq #missouristarquiltco #quilting #quilt #sewingprojects #sew #sewingpatterns #honeyandlavender #fabirc #fabriclove #quiltersgonnaquilt Get my free pattern here: https://newsletter.thelittlegreenbean.com/signup Follow Us on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/thelittlegreenbean/ My Website: https://thelittlegreenbean.com/ Sewing membership: https://the-little-green-bean.newzenler.com/doorsareopen-sewingsquad/ Craft room supplies: https://amzlink.to/az0uXOKpO1gfM Video Equipment & Tech: https://amzlink.to/az0keuzdUMsGY DISCLAIMER: Links included in this description might be affiliate links.
