Flips are some of my favorite cocktails to make; they deliver a creamy and delicious textural river for spirits to shine on. Whether it be bourbon, spiced rum, Cynar, Fernet... give it a whirl! The Bourbon Flip 2 oz Bourbon 1 Whole Egg 1/2 oz Cream 1 tsp Sugar Quick shake of Pumpkin Pie Spice Mime/dry shake ingredients together, add ice & shake again.
