It may be distorted body image or poor self-esteem, or presence of food rules or skipping meals. If this is sounding a lot like dieting - you are absolutely right. Dieting can be a form of disordered eating. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ► To learn more about the differences between eating disorders and disordered eating, head over to our blog at https://changecreateschange.com/disordered-eating-vs-eating-disorders-whats-the-difference/ ► Subscribe to our channel to stay up to date with our newest videos released weekly and comment if you have any questions or video recommendations! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Hi, I'm Jillian Walsh, a Canadian Registered Dietitian and Registered Psychotherapist.
