Squats are a great low-impact exercise to help build muscle, strengthen your core, and (of course) BOOST THAT BOOTY! While squats are pretty simple and straightforward, the initial days of the challenge were pretty difficult to get used to building up those muscles. However, by the end of the 31 days, I felt like a pro! The key here is to make each squat count! Proper standard squats involve putting the weight in your heels and making sure your knees track over your toes. I love switching up my fitness routine from time to time so this challenge was a welcomed change-up! You'll never believe how much my butt grew by the end of the challenge!! I was shocked.
