If you don’t already have a really sturdy core to begin with, all of that flailing movement could make your pain way worse. 😬😬😬 If you have low back pain right now, you need to do core exercises that prioritize BRACING YOUR LUMBAR SPINE firmly. I’ve shown you my favorite movements for doing this above: ➡️ Pelvic tilts + firm exhale and rib cage drop (I know, it’s seems measly, but trust me on this one!) ➡️ Dead bugs (you can do these more effectively if you’re a pro with the first one) ➡️ Side plank variations (really any planking variation when done well works great!) Wrapping your lumbar spine with lots of stabilizing muscles is the very best thing you could possibly do to prevent your vertebrae from slipping and sliding around, creating heaps of pain.
