Brooklyn Basin is a new up-and-coming Oakland community, with many attracted to the waterfront neighborhood. But it's only after new residents move in do they realize that a lack of safe parking has led to multiple car break-ins a day, every day. It's led Brooklyn Basin residents to organize.
