I've had a long and frustrated relationship with passwords, first by having to extend them all so much that I've needed a password manager, and then having to find ways of entering 20+ characters into a phone keypad. I've settled on long, easily typable sentences as the backbone of my passwords as a happy medium, but technologies like FIDO appear to offer a solution. Learn more about it here: https://media.fidoalliance.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/How-FIDO-Addresses-a-Full-Range-of-Use-Cases-March24.pdf and here: https://blog.google/technology/safety-security/one-step-closer-to-a-passwordless-future/ lol apparently reporting on a recent news story means I must be paid by Google to promote FIDO. I'm not, and whoever keeps flagging this video as sponsored can stop spreading misinformation. Thanks!
