If you want to prepare and set yourself up for the best day possible it's important to learn how to be mindful all day. It is important to proceed through the day with mindful intent. Thus, being mindful one day at a time can be our goal. To help you to choose an intention, you might ask yourself a few questions: - How can I put my best self forward today? - How can I feel more connected to myself and others around me as I go through my day? - What could I do to take better care of myself today? - What mindset do I want to cultivate today? As you answer these questions for yourself, a more definite intention will come through. There are many other ideas you can incorporate into your day to introduce some mindfulness. You can choose to spend 10-15 minutes each morning in 'silence'. There are endless ideas we could talk about building mindfulness into your day.
