Hi everyone! Today I’m going to be teaching you how to do a handstand. A handstand is a crucial skill to have for gymnastics (and yoga too) - it’s a building block for many harder skills and is used in every event. If your not a gymnast, handstands are still a really fun skill to learn and they help build balance and muscle strength. In this video I go through the beginner steps in learning a handstand and give you some tips and advice to get over the fear of falling and hold it for longer.
