When you decide to make changes in your life, what helps is if you can visualise what kind of person you want to be. The most important questions to be answered are: What is important to you? What are your values? Do you live your life in accordance with your values? We are so familiar with the word value. It can be defined as your ethics, principles, ideas and standards or morals. Understanding your values and living your life in accordance with your values is going to be one of the most important things you can do to create a meaningful and engaging life for yourself.
