To add policy pages on Shopify, navigate to the general Settings / Policies. Here you create the following policy pages : Privacy policy, , Terms of service, Shipping policy, Contact information, Legal notice, Return and refund policy. All pages except Shipping policy and Legal notice can be generated with a template.
