Steam's new UI has an annoying little glitch that "prevents" you logging in: "Your sign in request has expired" and a retry button. This video shows you the 'solution'. It's just waiting for the error to time out, and your login will then succeed - most of the time. It's incredibly annoying to say the least, and the time you need to wait can be increased dramatically depending on the computer you have... For some reason...
