This guide will take you through step by step how to install our Transporter T5 / Touareg 2.5 TDI Cast Manifold. On earlier models the common problem with the standard OEM manifold is that the pressed steel is prone for cracking around the welds, usually on Cylinder 5. On later models the common problem with the standard OEM manifold is that the exhaust studs snap and cause the manifold to warp, sometimes this can be linished flat but sometimes the warping is too bad.
