Rescue operations continued Sunday in Mohali, Punjab, after a four-storey building collapsed in Sohana village, leaving one dead and others trapped. A 20-year-old woman, Drishti Verma from Himachal Pradesh, succumbed to injuries after being rescued. Authorities are using excavators and have deployed NDRF and medical teams for the operation. Preliminary reports suggest the collapse was caused by adjacent plot digging.
