Happy baking! 🧑🏻🍳 🍰 Turn ON Subtitles To get Your Language! 🍰 Ingredients: Butter 150g (⅔ cup) - Salted Sugar 150g (¾ cup) 3 Eggs (medium size) Plain Flour 175g (1 cup, 3 tablespoons) Bakimg powder 1 teaspoon Milk powder 25g (3 tablespoons) Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon Measuring cup size - 240ml Baking pan 25x11x6 cm (3Lb) Method: Sift the flour, baking powder and the milk powder together. Set aside. Beat Butter and sugar until fluffy and creamy. (for about 2-3 minutes) Mix in between. Add the eggs. Beat for about 2 minutes at a higher speed. Sift in the flour mix again to the batter. Mix gently. Add the vanilla. Beat at low speed for about 15-20 seconds. Give a final mix. Pour into the lined baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 175c (350f) for about 30-35 minutes.
