This is based on one of Slash's most heavily toured guitars - Jessica. It is a late 80s Les Paul standard so Gibson paid tribute to some of their quirky specs like a plain 3-piece top. At the same price as the 2 piece flame top models, it is hard to justify this model unless you're a big fan of this particular guitar. It certainly isn't for everyone, but I enjoyed it!
