Here’s another great episode with a fantastic person who is significantly driven by his “why.” We are joined by James Ashcroft, who is currently a Certified Pinnacle Business guide, and he has shown the result of putting value on your “why.” James shared his experience as a young boy who moved from England to the states. He also shared the different businesses he built and eventually sold. Of course, we talked about Pinnacle Business Guides and what it can do for anyone who owns a company or business and wants to succeed. James has owned and operated businesses for almost 20 years, so his clients get a two-for-one. He’s a Certified Pinnacle Business guide (and former Certified EOS Implementer™) with operating experience to draw from. He’s lived the entrepreneurial journey and understands the highs and lows along the way. He’s also the President-Elect of Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) Austin Chapter. It’s the second-largest chapter in the United States. In 2013, he got off the couch, hired a coach, trained for 11 months straight, and finished the Ironman Florida triathlon with a smile on his face. James is happily married to his college sweetheart, has three kids, loves playing the piano, and lives in Austin, Texas.
