Beach Highlands Neighborhood Beach Access in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida is on Highland Avenue right outside the gates of Stallworth Preserve subdivision on Stallworth Lake. Just west of Dune Allen and before Butler Elementary, turn south from Scenic 30A on to South Bishop Road to the end and then you'll see a few parking spaces and the walkover. There are no restrooms and only a handful of parking spaces. Walk west a bit past Stallworth Lake and you find yourself on the beaches of the incredible Stallworth Preserve State Park.
