Fran Tole (left), 47, has hit out at Nottinghamshire Police after officers told him they 'did not have the resources' to investigate the theft of £8,000 of electrical equipment from outside his home despite the incident being captured on two CCTV cameras (top and bottom right). The father-of-one said he feels like he has been 'left to do the police's job for them' and is now offering a reward to anyone who help identify the suspect. The force has since confirmed it is investigating and has launched a witness appeal.
