Right now Tesla (TSLA) has dropped significantly from its all time high, concerning many investors. But is Tesla's stock price actually over valued? Let's run through some scenarios to help give us an idea if it's a fair valuation. A company is considered overvalued if it trades at a rate that is unjustifiably and significantly in excess of its peers. Tesla is a computer on wheels which makes other auto company not comparable to Tesla which is an auto-tech company. Tesla succeed on its purpose to make electric vehicles a unique invention that no other companies are able to replicate. Other companies might want to step up in their game if they want to keep up with Tesla.
