Put the AirPods in their case Close the lid and wait for 30 seconds, then open the lid. 2. On your device, iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, go to settings and then choose bluetooth and select the "i" icon next to your AirPods Pro, then select forget this device, and tap it again to confirm it. 3. Reset your AirPods Leave the lid open and press and hold the reset/setup button on the back of the charging case and press it in for 15 seconds until you see the light flash an amber color then release. 4. Reconnect your AirPods With the lid open, put your AirPods close to your device and then follow the connecting steps on your device's screen.
