This Cutscene plays near the End of the "Captive Memories" mission. *SPOILERS* In this Mission, we go back to the Prison of Elders and find Fikrul interacting with an Prison Capsule of some sort. In this capsule holds, Skolas, The previous Kell of Kells. (For those who don't know, Skolas was the main antagonist back in the Destiny 1 Expansion: House of Wolves.) After Fikrul resurrects Skolas, we fight him and seemingly kill him. Until Fikrul returns to the battlefield and resurrects him again. It's clear that we cannot kill either Fikrul or Skolas due to the power of the Echo that Fikrul has. However, we can see that the Echo itself is looking for a new host.
